This page describes how to manage the website www.cmcglobalmilil2018.it (the “Site”) dedicated to the 6th International Conference of Management Consulting, to events and activities connected to it (the “Event”), in reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.
APCO is strongly committed to the protection of personal data entrusted to it. Therefore, their management and their security are guaranteed with the utmost care, in accordance with the requirements of current and future privacy legislation (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and EU Regulation 679/2016).
This disclosure, pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, illustrates who we are, for what purposes we may use your data, how we handle it, who could be communicated to, where it could be transferred and what your rights are.
Who will treat my data?

APCO makes use of a market provider for hosting the Site and of a specialized service center for administrative and tax compliance required by current legislation.
The updated list of all data processors is available at the registered office of the Controller and will be provided upon simple written request, also by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
APCO might share the list of participants in the event described on this Site, with the prior consent of the interested party, to CMC-Global – ICMCI – International Council of Management Consulting Institute – registered office at Maurer & Stager AG, Fraumünsterstrasse 17 / Postfach 318, CH – 8024 Zurich – email email@example.com – website: www.cmc-global.org. Switzerland is considered a safe country by the European Privacy Control Authorities.
Why do you need my data?
APCO will use your data exclusively for the purposes indicated below:
- Purposes related to the conduct of the event: your personal data will be processed for purposes related to the request for information, the management, organization, conduct of the event and for any activities to promote the same;
- Purposes aimed at making known who APCO is and what it does: with your specific consent, your data will be processed for the following purposes: Marketing actions – communication of APCO concerning the association and the services offered, surveys, statistics.
APCO will process on the basis of your consent, collected by signing the consent form in the Contact and Registration section.
The provision of personal data is mandatory for the purposes set out in point 1.
The purpose 2 does not derive from a legal obligation and the conferment of the relative consent is optional. However, any partial or total failure to provide the data will result in partial or total inability to achieve the purpose of making known who is APCO.
Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than and further than those described in this statement, if not by informing you in advance and, where necessary, obtaining your consent.
What are the types of personal data that you will treat?
Personal data means any information relating to a natural person, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number. It is identification data, personal data that allow direct identification of the interested party (such as name, surname, e-mail address, address, telephone number, etc.).
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Website, during their normal operation, cease some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this Website or the completion of the information request or registration forms, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s email address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered.
Specific information could be presented on the pages of the Website in relation to particular services or processing of the Data provided by the User or the Interested Party.
We inform you that during the event will be made of video footage and taken photographs for the purpose of dissemination via the web for promotional and communication activities (websites, mass media, social networks, etc …). If you do not want your image and / or audio to be disseminated, please let us know beforehand to our staff, even on site. APCO and other subjects can then take photographs or record videos in public areas (exhibition hall, conference rooms, etc.). Participants can be identified through the names of the name. Complete information for the dissemination of photo / video image data will be made available during the event.
How will you use my data?
APCO’s objective is the protection of the data entrusted to it, and its treatment is based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency. We inform you, therefore, that your personal data will be processed, through the use of tools and procedures suitable to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, through archives and paper, with the aid of digital media, computer and telematic means.
The communications referred to in Purpose 2 may take place in traditional ways (eg, paper mail, phone calls from the APCO Secretariat) and similar (eg fax, e-mail, sms, mms).
However, you have the right to exercise the right of opposition that, in the absence of your indication to the contrary, will be referred to the communications in the manner listed above.
How long will you keep my data?
Your personal data will be stored, starting from their receipt or update, for a period consistent with the purposes of treatment described in this statement. Will you share my information with other subjects?
For the purposes referred to in point 1, the personal data provided by You when registering for the Event may be communicated to CMC-Global as involved in organizing the Event itself.
The data will also be processed by resources internal to APCO (secretary and members), adequately educated and responsible for the management of the event, which operate as authorized persons to process data.
Your personal data are not subject to disclosure.
What are my rights?
At any time, you will have the right to ask:
- access to your personal data;
- their correction in case of inaccuracy;
- the limitation of their treatment.
You will also have:
- the right to oppose their treatment:
- or if processed for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of APCO;
- or if processed for direct marketing purposes;
- or if treated for profiling purposes;
- the right to their portability, that is to receive, in a structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device, the personal data supplied by You.
APCO will handle your request with the utmost commitment to ensure the effective exercise of your rights. Finally, you will have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority (Privacy Guarantor).
Can I withdraw my consent after I loan it?
Yes, you can revoke your consent at any time if the processing is carried out for the purposes set out in points n. 2 and 3, without this, however:
- prejudice the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation;
- prejudice further processing of the same data based on other legal bases (for example, contractual obligations or legal obligations to which APCO is subject).
